| 1.) Sclerotherapy
- A chemical solution is used and is injected into the
hemorrhoid which shrinks the hemorrhoid tissue.
2.) Tying off a Hemorrhoid -
A doctor will attach two small rubber bands to the base of
an internal hemorrhoid which will cut off the circulation
forcing the hemorrhoid to painlessly fall off.
3.) Freezing - This technique
uses a freezing chemical to cut off the circulation which
destroys the hemorrhoidal tissue.
